Spartanburg-based company Pork Rinds & Snacks is recalling about 7,630 pounds of pork skin products because they may be contaminated with salmonella, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said Thursday.
The ready-to-eat pork skin items were produced on various dates between Sept. 27 and Dec. 13.
