CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A SouthPark jeweler has been indicted in a multimillion dollar investment scheme.
Benjamin Abraham of Benjamin Jewelers defrauded at least seven victims to invest more than $3.5 million, according to court documents.
That money was to fund his lifestyle and keep his struggling business afloat.
Abraham faces up to 50 years in prison and millions in fines if found guilty.
