South Carolina Highway Patrol investigating deadly crash involving motorcycle

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash involving a motorcycle.

It happened Friday morning, around 6:40 a.m., on U.S. 21 near S.C. 51 in York County.

Officers say a 2019 Nissan Rogue was turning onto S.C. 51 when it was hit by a 2005 Harley Davidson.

The driver of the Harley Davidson died, police say.

Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact the SCHP or Crime Stoppers.
