CHARLOTTE — Final plans for soccer-specific renovations at Bank of America Stadium are being reviewed with the aim to begin work in mid-March, according to a spokesperson for Tepper Sports & Entertainment.
The $50 million project includes improvements to the east end of the stadium where Charlotte FC’s supporters’ section will be positioned, as well as the creation of a center players tunnel and surrounding premium club space and player and coach locker rooms.

The project will require the removal of some seats currently owned by permanent seat license holders.
