CHARLOTTE — The recent snow days for Charlotte-Mecklenburg School students are changing the academic calendar.
The Board of Education just voted to extend the first semester.
Monday will be a make-up day for any exams that were scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23.
Tuesday, Jan. 27, will now be the first day of the second semester.
The vote, however, does not change the end-of-school date, which is June 10.
