CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — Gene Ray Mcanulty, 85, was reported missing and a Silver Alert was issued Wednesday. The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding him.
Mcanutly was last seen at 1320 Mcanulty Drive in Concord and authorities said his direction of travel was at the N.C. Highway 49 North and U.S. Highway 301 South overpass area.
He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
Mcanutly was wearing a white and blue striped long-sleeve shirt, blue khaki shorts and brown sandals.
He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Authorities are looking for a blue 1994 Mazda TK with the North Carolina license plate: RVM7087.
