CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — A silver alert for a missing 31-year-old Cleveland County man, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, is cancelled, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office.

A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday night for Francois Bernard Johnson, who was last seen on College Avenue in Shelby.
Johnson is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
He is in a 2018 Dodge Journey with the license plate number HKD2355.
