ROCK HILL, S.C. — At Riverwalk, not only have thousands of people who live there been affected by the flooding, but there are also shops near the river.

The owner of one of those places saw the river come up and was very concerned.

Emergency officials said the river was moving at 60 thousand cubic feet per second Monday morning. The river is considered unsafe for kayaks above ten thousand feet per second and normal is about three thousand.
