HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Shake Shack Inc. opened its doors in Huntersville on Tuesday.
The 3,200-square-foot restaurant is in Birkdale Landing, at the corner of Sam Furr Road and Birkdale Commons Parkway.
That retail and office project is located across from Birkdale Village.
The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The Huntersville Shack will also offer curbside pickup as part of Shake Shack’s new Shack Track -- Shake Shack’s digital pre-ordering and fulfillment experience. Shack Track includes the ability to preorder via app or web and pick up by way of drive-up window, walk-up window, curbside pick-up or in-Shack pickup shelves.
“We’re excited to add another Shack to our Charlotte Metropolitan footprint,” said Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack. “Our Charlotte Shacks have an amazing energy and we are looking forward to bringing that same energy to Huntersville with this opening.”
