CHARLOTTE — Jasmine Gabriel, of Charlotte, contacted Channel 9 after our investigation into Title IX, which aired last month.
The federal law is in place to protect students from discrimination or sexual harassment.
Gabriel said she was sexually assaulted on her college campus.

“It put me into a legit, deep depression,” Gabriel said. “I was depressed.”
She said that filing a complaint with her university never brought her closure.
