SC schools preparing for possible COVID spike after Winter Break

FORT MILL, S.C. — Students in our area are getting ready for Winter Break, and that has many South Carolina school officials preparing for a possible spike in COVID-19 cases.

School officials said they’ve noticed a historical spike in COVID cases 2-3 weeks after students return to school from an extended break.
