The story starts at Jack’s Convenience Store in Lancaster where the husband bought a $2 lottery ticket.
He let his new bride have the honor of scratching off the ticket, and lo and behold, it was a winner.
The newlyweds, who did not wish to be identified, couldn’t be happier.
“We are going to start our own business,” the wife told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
