Officials said the incident started Friday afternoon after Robinson crashed the first vehicle into a tree, which sparked a fire.

The Clarendon County Sheriff's Office said deputies used "stinger spike strips" to end the chase, which resulted in the second crash.
Robinson was injured in the first crash, but was uninjured during the chase and second wreck. Officials said he received medical treatment once he was arrested.
The South Carolina State Highway Patrol said Robinson could face more charges after an investigation from the first crash.
