CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A real estate private equity firm based in Greenville, South Carolina, has made its first office acquisition in the Charlotte market.
RealOp Investments, which says it specializes in value-add investments, this month acquired Arrowpoint II and III in the Charlotte's airport submarket for about $10.4 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. The buildings, at 9140 and 9144 Arrowpoint Blvd., contain 163,687 square feet of office space between them.
