CHARLOTTE — Plans to sell Northlake Mall for $39 million will move forward, according to a North Carolina Business Court filing today.
Judge Adam Conrad’s motion allows Spinoso Real Estate — receiver for the embattled mall in north Charlotte — to take all actions necessary and appropriate to finalize the proposed sale of the 1.06 million-square-foot mall.
