CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Salata Salad Kitchen is expanding its footprint in Charlotte.
The Houston-based brand has snapped up space in the Rea Farms mixed-use development at 9855 Sandy Rock Place.
It will be the second restaurant for the brand in North Carolina. One is slated to open this summer uptown in the Ally Charlotte Center. The Rea Farms location is expected to open later this year.
Expect Salata to offer fully customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups and organic teas and lemonades.
