ROCK HILL, S.C. — Leaders at Rock Hill Schools are working to empower students by identifying their skills inside and outside the classroom.
On Tuesday, Superintendent Dr. Tommy Schmolze announced that Rock Hill Schools will become the first Leader in Me district in South Carolina, implementing the model in every classroom.
