ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a drunken man led them on a chase Friday through Rock Hill.
Police charged Alan Shepard with failure to stop for blue lights, DUI and damage to city property.
Police said he was driving recklessly on Ebenezer Avenue about 2 a.m.
They said Shepard hit a city parking sign, drove onto someone's front yard and then drove on the wrong side of the road.
He drove into a ditch after hitting a small tree and was arrested.
