RICHMOND COUNTY, N.C. — The state slapped a Richmond County Walmart with a hefty fine for overcharging.
Inspections in June and August found several items rang up more expensive at the register than the price advertised.
The Rockingham store had to pay a fine of $1,350 and will be re-inspected.
