MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Approvals are being sought for development of a new residential community in Mooresville.
The Mooresville Planning Board on April 11 is scheduled to consider a rezoning request for a 54.5-acre site at 1304 Oakridge Farm Highway, which is about 3 miles northeast of downtown.
The rezoning is sought by landowner June Goodman, documents state. The builder/contractor for the project is listed as Epcon Communities, which is active in the Charlotte area. Mooresville’s Jimmy McKnight is listed as the developer.
