CHARLOTTE — Phillips Place has inked a deal that will bring J.Crew to the specialty retail center in SouthPark next year.
New York City-based J.Crew will occupy a 6,760-square-foot space — formerly occupied by Orvis. Orvis moved to Strawberry Hill in south Charlotte earlier this year.
J.Crew is set to begin construction soon, with an early June opening targeted, a Phillips Place spokesperson says.
The Phillips Place location replaces a store that closed at SouthPark mall earlier in 2024. Parent J.Crew Co. also operates four J.Crew Factory locations in the Charlotte market.
