CHARLOTTE — Tap & Vine has struck a deal for this shuttered restaurant at Stonecrest at Piper Glen in south Charlotte.
It replaces Italian concept, Civetta, which opened there in February 2019.
That restaurant by Raleigh-based Urban Food Group struggled to regain its footing after COVID.
Tap & Vine is in a soft-opening phase at the shopping complex off Rea Road.
