- NAMI Family & Friends is a free 90-minute or four-hour seminar that informs people who have loved ones with a mental health condition how to best support them.

What to bring to a Disaster Recovery Center
- Social Security number
- Address of damaged home or apartment
- Description of the damage
- Information about insurance coverage
- Your current telephone contact number
- An address where you can receive mail
- Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of funds
Community Foundation of Henderson County has established three funds to support the relief and recovery. These funds will be used to make grants to support short-term or long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts. Each fund has a slightly different focus:Disaster Relief, Recovery, and Rebuild - supporting Henderson County and surrounding areas.
- WNC Disaster Relief - supporting the WNC region
- Disaster Recovery for Lake Lure and Chimney Rock - supporting some of the hardest hit regions, Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, NC.
