INDIAN LAND, S.C. — A Charlotte-based developer has finalized its purchase of land in the region for a new residential project.

Northwood Ravin paid $8.5 million for 38.4 acres on Fort Mill Highway in Indian Land earlier this month, according to Lancaster County real estate records. The site will be home to The Lodges at Indian Land, a project that includes 217 residential units.
