Last year, the FBI said Thomas Stinnette prostituted a woman out of a Pineville hotel. Police also arrested Patrick McManus last year for trafficking a teen.

In addition, a nail salon owner and her boyfriend were charged after police said they forced a victim into a debt servitude contract.
