A Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm has added three rental communities to its Southeast portfolio.
Haven Realty Capital acquired two housing developments in Atlanta and one in Charlotte in separate transactions that totaled $80 million.

The firm purchased property in Charlotte’s Montclaire South neighborhood for $38 million from a homebuilder in June. Haven Realty did not disclose the name of its building partners. The first phase of Queen City Townes, a rental townhome community, is complete and ready for residents to move in.
