The space at 1300 S. Blvd., next door to Lincoln's Haberdashery, was once home to Beazer Homes and pre-bankruptcy Charlotte School of Law. The building first housed Charlotte Trouser Co. in the early 1900s before Lance Packaging Co. took over the space in 1926.
Entrepreneurs John Brock and Jeff Brokaw snagged the space this year for about $4.1 million. They estimate the Tabbris renovation will cost about $2 million.
