CHARLOTTE — Publix Super Markets Inc. is moving forward with its plans for SouthPark.
The Lakeland, Florida-based grocer confirmed it has executed a lease for a 60,000-square-foot store as part of The Colony redevelopment. It will be at the southwest corner of Sharon and Colony roads.
