CHARLOTTE — Professional women’s soccer is coming to the Queen City.
USL Super League Carolina will kick off in August 2024.
The city’s team will be the first pro women’s squad in the region.
The goal is to launch as a first-division league and needs approval from the U.S. Soccer Federation for Division 1 status.
