CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Annual home-price gains in the Charlotte housing market have slowed again.
The latest S&P Corelogic Case-Shiller index showed that local home prices grew at a rate of 5% in October over the previous year. That's down from year-over-year increases of 5.2% in both September and August — and well below the 6.4% growth rate posted in October of 2017.
