Popular SouthPark restaurant temporarily closes after several workers test positive

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A popular SouthPark restaurant is now closed after several workers tested positive for COVID-19.

Peppervine off Piedmont Row Drive will be closed while the restaurant undergoes a deep clean. The restaurant said out of caution, it is also arranging for all its team members to get COVID-19 tests.

“We are committed to providing the safest possible environment for our team and our guests and will reopen as soon as we feel confident to do so,” the restaurant said in a statement.”

The restaurant posted on Facebook that it plans to reopen Wednesday.
