WINGATE, N.C. — A Union County man is in jail after police said he lit a house on fire after an argument.
Wingate police charged Shadod Evans Friday with first-degree arson.
The police chief told Channel 9 Evans got into an argument with his uncle, then lit the home they shared on fire.
No one was hurt.
