Police: Suspect arrested in Rock Hill following bank robbery in northwest Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A suspect has been arrested in Rock Hill following a bank robbery in northwest Charlotte Wednesday morning, police said.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said a suspect took off in an SUV after robbing a Wells Fargo on Medical Plaza Drive.

Officers said Justin Michael Price, 34, was taken into custody after a car chase near a rock quarry.

The money had a tracker attached to it, which led to Price’s location.

South Carolina Highway Patrol and the York County Sheriff’s Office is helping with the investigation.

No other details have been released at this point.
