CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after a fight led to gunfire and several people being hurt at a northeast Charlotte apartment complex.
The shooting happened just after 11 a.m. Sunday on Avebury Drive.

Police said several shots were fired in the complex’s parking lot after a fight. Several people were hit by bullets and taken to the hospital, but they are expected to be OK.
Authorities said no arrests have been made.
