LANCASTER, S.C. — The Lancaster Police Department has found a teenager who was reported missing Thursday night.
Trisha Palmer, 16, was located safe just after 11 a.m. in Rock Hill.

Palmer has red hair and green eyes.
“Thank you to everyone who helped us find her. We especially thank Rock Hill South Carolina Police Department and Lancaster County School District Safety & Transportation,” police said.
