CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said they now know the identity of a woman who salon employees are calling the Botox Bandit.
Three different businesses have contacted Channel 9 saying Melissa Cummings has come in for Botox treatments.
But when it comes time to pay, they said she has walked out to her car and never came back.
Employees at Evolve Medical Associates in Southpark said she was there in November.
"It kind of hurts your heart to have someone do that," said Trinity Wright with Evolve Medical Associates. "We work so hard to make sure our clients are happy."
The mugshot of Cummings is following an arrest for forgery.
