CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after a young girl told officers a person flashed her at Freedom Park.

Police said the incident happened at the Dilworth park Thursday morning.
They said the 11-year-old victim did not know the suspect. She was not hurt.
Police said there have been no arrests in the case.
