CHARLOTTE — One person has died following a shooting at an apartment complex off of Central Avenue.
The shooting happened at Pepper Tree Apartments in the 3000 block of Timber Hollow Drive.
Police identified the victim as Justin Reid, 27.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they found Reid lying in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police said Reid was transported to Carolinas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not made any arrests in the case.
