ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — A Rocky Mount man is facing charges after police said he stole and gun and barricaded himself in a Walmart bathroom.
Police said Ricky Frazier smashed a glass gun case at Walmart and grabbed a rifle on Saturday.
He then rain into the bathroom and refused to come out, police said.
He is now in Nash County jail after being charged with stealing a firearm, going armed to the terror of the public and property damage.
