BOONE, N.C. — Police say a man broke into a woman’s apartment and then tried to give her a back rub.
Police arrested Julio Yanez.
He told them he thought the apartment on Oaks Street In Boone belonged to his friend.
The victim says when she told him to leave, he started rubbing her back and then left.
Yanez is charged with breaking and entering, and assault.
