MONROE, N.C. — Monroe police have arrested a man they said assaulted a woman in front of their children and left her tied up in a bathtub.
Police arrested Ice Tee Hudson Monday afternoon.
They said he severely bruised a woman at a home on North Secrest Avenue Sunday.
They said she and Hudson had children together.
Officers later found Hudson's car and children abandoned in a gravel lot.
