CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested a fourth man in connection with a series of armed robberies, including one on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Police said Jashaun Wynn and three other men -- Lester McClendon, Jwuan Horton and Ulondis R-quan Edwards -- robbed two students at gunpoint last week behind the student union.
Authorities said the group also tried to rob a convenience store hours later on Brookshire Boulevard.

Wynn is due in court Wednesday and is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.
