Salisbury police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing another man Friday night at a Taco Bell.
Police arrested and charged 20-year-old Tariq Khalid Mosley Jr. on Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of Deshawn Patrick Clark.

According to authorities, Mosley turned himself in to police.
Police said they were called to the restaurant on East Innes Street around 9 p.m. on reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, police said they found Clark collapsed nearby at the FT Tobacco Company.
Clark was taken to the hospital, where he later died, authorities said.
Mosley is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under no bond, according to officials. His first court appearance has been set for Thursday.
