Police catch man accused of pulling pants down inside consignment store

MARION, N.C. — One man is facing charges after police said he flashed people in public.

Marion police arrested David Hands after an employee said he has his pants pulled down at Phase 2 Consignment.

The McDowell News said the suspect ran off, but police tracked him down based on the employee's description.
