CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating an incident in which someone stabbed an Urban Ministry Center worker in the hand with a hypodermic needle on North College Street beside the ministry, which is on North Tryon Street.
It is not known if the needle transferred any illnesses or diseases, and so far, there have been no arrests.
