KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers kickoff their season Friday with a weekend series against the Fayetteville Woodpeckers at Atrium Health Ballpark.
Opening weekend will include firework shows after Friday and Saturday’s game, a magnet schedule giveaway and a Bark in the Park event on Sunday. Kids will also be allowed to run the bases after Sunday’s game.
Friday’s Opening Day game begins at 7 p.m., Saturday’s first pitch will be at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday’s game starts at 1 p.m.
