PINEVILLE, N.C. — A large multifamily project being plotted for downtown Pineville could be on the verge of securing key approvals.
At its meeting on Tuesday, Pineville’s town council is scheduled to consider site plans and architectural approvals for large portions of a project proposed by Birmingham, Alabama-based LIV Development.
Pineville’s town manager, Ryan Spitzer, confirmed to the Charlotte Business Journal that the council is set to consider site plan approvals for two of the three buildings being proposed by LIV Development. The council will also consider architectural approval for all three buildings, Spitzer said.
Site plans available in town documents show that LIV Development’s proposed project calls for 237 apartments at a 7.6-acre downtown site.
