CHARLOTTE — The Levine Jewish Community Center in south Charlotte held a grand opening for their new pickleball courts on Saturday.

Members of the JCC were welcomed to participate in open play and experience the courts before they are officially opened.

The new pickleball complex has seven clay and hard courts, four of which are outdoors.

Drinks, snacks, and giveaways rounded out the open play matches to bring community members together in commemoration of the new courts.

All ages and skill levels are welcome to play on the court in the heart of Charlotte, but you must have a membership.

The JCC courts open on Sunday for registration. Fall member registration opens on Monday, and general community registration opens on August 7.
