CHARLOTTE — A person is fighting for their life after being shot in west Charlotte.
According to MEDIC, the shooting happened just after 10 p.m. on Saturday on Rocklake Drive near Little Rock Road.
One person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have not released the cause of the shooting or the identities of those involved.
A Channel 9 crew is heading to the scene to gather more information.
