CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are trying to figure out what led to a shooting Monday morning at a hotel in west Charlotte.
Officers said they were called around 8 a.m. to the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham on Woodlawn Road and found someone who had been shot.

The victim was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
